We've Added Pictures!

We are finally adding a few pictures. If you will click on one of the albums on the side of the blog, you can look at some of the things we have made. Of course, most of the pictures are old. We can create just about anything you can imagine. Just give us your idea of what you want and we can design something that we know you will love! We have been working on some new items for the Christmas Markets we are going to participate in this fall. We also have many new items for the upcoming football season. Order your Auburn and Alabama gear early. RTR!! Don't forget about those back-to-school items your kids will need. We have personalized sandwich and snack containers, pencil pouches and boxes, bookbags, insulated lunchbags and snackbags, and water bottles. By using some of these reusable items, you will be helping to SAVE OUR PLANET! Just email one of us and we will send you some pictures and prices to get you started.

We are still here....Monogramming everything!

It has been sooo long since we last posted that I think I forgot how!  Well, we are still here monogramming just about everything we can possibly get our hands on.  We were quite blessed to have had such a wonderful season, but it never seemed to stop.  The Christmas rush began and it never stopped from there.  We went straight into Mardi Gras, then Easter and finally, end of the year teacher gifts and graduation.  Janelle and I are so thankful to have the summer off, so that we can pull things together.  We have many great new things that we are making, but neither one of us are very good at taking the time to photograph the orders we have been completing. We always ask each other "Did you take a picture?", well, I guess you can figure out what the answer to that always is!!

Despite it all, we did manage a few last minute pictures.  I will be posting some pictures of some of the things we have been making over the next couple of weeks.  I wanted to try and get the pictures we do have organized into groups before posting.  You can always stop by my favorite lunch spot, 219 on Dauphin Street, and see some of our work.

Wow! We are finally posting again...

Personalized Ornaments

We haven't posted in a while because of the Christmas Rush... We set up a booth at the St. Mary's Holiday Market and have been busy ever since.  We want to thank all of our customers who supported us at this market.  We had a BLAST seeing everyone and enjoying the spirit of the event.  I hope more of you will come out next year.  It was truly a lot of fun.  Then we set up our own little market at Old Shell Road Magnet School.  We want to thank all of the teachers there for all of your support.  We are currently working on getting everyone's orders filled before Christmas Break.  We took some pictures of the St. Mary's event, but we forgot to take pictures of the OSR event.  We are terrible about remembering to take pictures of all that we are making.  Posted below are a few of the St. Mary's pictures.  Thanks so much to everyone.

Halloween Buckets!

Wow! Can you believe it is almost Halloween?  Before you know it, Christmas will be here. Look what we have been making.  These are the Halloween buckets Janelle made for her children to carry on that night kids and dentists love.  Aren't these adorable? Janelle really did a GREAT job!! You go girl, keep those buckets coming....I know we are a little late posting these, but if you would like to order one let us know right away.  We will do our best to get them to you on time for that special night.  We are selling these for $12.00.

War Eagle!

After I just saw where Jennie had posted some Alabama things, I knew I had better get some Auburn things on our blog.  I may have posted last, but now my pictures are on top of those red and white things.  All of us Tiger fans know that is where we should be. All kidding aside, we have some great Auburn and Alabama items displayed at the restaurant, 219.  We would love for you to come down and have a look.  We also will be putting some Saints, Thanksgiving, and Christmas items there in the next few weeks.  Be sure and take a look at our Auburn and Alabama Christmas ornaments.  They can be personalized with a name and date if you would like. Wow!  What a game this weekend!  I never doubted my team for a minute.  I knew we would pull it off. Great Job, Tigers!

Roll Tide!

Roll Tide! We have just started making some football items to put in the shop at 219 (Todd's famous restaurant).  Did you notice all of the items are done in those ever so wonderful Alabama colors?  Well not to worry, we do have some items coming in those orange and blue colors.  We are definitely a little company divided.  The Alabama things get to be  posted first because I am an Alabama fan even though all of my money goes to the place where everyone wears blue and orange. That's a long story, we won't go into that now.  Janelle will  be posting some of those other things we talked about next. After that we will be posting pictures of our black and gold items.  You guessed it, we are both Saints fans.  So if you need to pick up some great football items for yourself or friends, come on down to 219, have lunch and visit the market. Well, I better get ready for work.  It is going to be a very busy day today.

Personalized Ornaments

Well, here are our first pictures for our blog!  Okay, so maybe a little early for Christmas, but this is actually good for us because we usually are working at the last minute on things.  With full-time jobs, children, and husbands, it can get a little difficult to accomplish things in a timely manner.  I was just so excited about my little tree that I had to post it.  I already have a bigger one made, I just have to paint it.  As you can see photography is definitely not my thing.  Janelle is so much better at taking pictures, but we couldn't get together to get them done.  This little tree is going to be on display at our favorite restaurant downtown, 219.  One of Janelle's wonderful friends, Todd, owns this restaurant and he has a market where he lets us display the items we make.  Isn't he wonderful!  Also, this restaurant has the BEST lunches in Mobile.

Our First Post

Today we are beginning our blogspot! We have put this off for so long, but we finally decided this would be our next step. My friend, Janelle and I have been doing embroidery and vinyl monogramming for quite some time together. We have many friends and family who are constantly asking us if they can see the things we make online. So we finally succumbed to the pressure and have started this little blog. Our main goal is to provide a place where we can display our work for family and friends to see, instead of always having to carry around samples. Our second goal is to one day be linked to Rosemary Gulledge's blogspot. We have been reading and looking at her blogspot for a long time. We are so in awe of her work. We first started reading her blog when she was sewing samples for Rachel at Embroidery Boutique. Now she is designing and sewing her own and we just love all of them. Our final goal would be to keep monogramming everything, one letter at a time.....
